I really want to love this store. While the inventory is nice and fairly priced, the store itself isn’t catered to moms at all. As a SAHM, I take my toddler with me when shopping. Every shopping experience I have had here has been stressful. They leave both doors open at all times, and although I keep an eye on my toddler as she walks independently around the store, the main entrance (located right next to the toy area) leads directly to an extremely busy street. I am unable to actually shop because I’m so focused on making sure my child doesn’t run outside where she could be hit by a car. They also keep the music blasting so incredibly loud and as moms with younger children can relate, it’s overstimulating. Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t have the same stressful experience when taking her to any other store. I keep giving it a try but with a little one, it’s not worth it. I had an easier and more successful experience when they still posted all of their inventory online. This way I could shop their store from home and simply drop in with my toddler to pickup. Unfortunately they no longer put everything online such as toys, shoes and seasonal items like Halloween costumes. I rarely ever post reviews especially when I have a bad experience—I usually just never go back. I think this review is a result of my repeated frustration overtime with always having an incredibly stressful experience. A store whose entire market is children’s and baby’s clothing, etc., should have more thoughtfulness for the mothers/parents who are the ones buying. I left today without making a purchase and will have to depend on Goodwill in the future for sustainable shopping with my little one—which has been a less stressful experience for us.

I've been shopping for my two kids here over the last five+ years. I have sold items here and bought countless resale and new items. There's a reason(s) why I choose to support this local business as much as possible: Great finds, clean friendly environment, and an honest, hardworking owner. Selling items is easy. I frequently shop on the website -- there are constantly new items posted -- and select store pick up.

Show this local store some love. I feel lucky that Ventura has such an awesome kids resale shop.

Our FAVORTIE place to shop ALL things for our daughter. The owner is so nice and we love supporting small. They have a great variety of new and consigned items and it's a bonus that we help the planet too! Shop them online too 🙂

I always find more then what I need when I come. It's a consignment store so it is more pricier than a thrift store but you do find good quality items, And I'm probly gonna start doing a store credit with my old clothing that they will take and so it's a give-and-take and a win win. Over all I really like going there and I'm very happy.

We love this place! They always have the best finds with amazing prices! Super cute name brand clothes and baby gear you wouldnt find other places for the price they give.

Nice variety of things. However toys were sticky and many didnt work and the woman working there acted like I was invisible even tho I was the only one in the store.
