Was with a friend browsing in this store and he comes up to me expressing how much he likes this cute backpack and just as he’s trying it on one of the workers approached us and snapped rudely asking us not to try things on since we’re not gonna buy it, I felt this was extremely rude, we’re not even tourists and would’ve 100% supported this local business

The ladies that worked there were amazing, helpful, and very respectful. The gentleman that was behind the counter was rude, and even called one of the ladies a name, while walking out of the store to take a breather is what he said. This is all done in front of customers. If a manager sees this and would love to contact me please I would love to give you more details on everything that was said and what happened.

My aunt went into your store on mother's Day weekend and won a consolation prize out the back door. However, she was then asked if she is a mother or a grandmother and when told no was not rewarded her gift bag. That is an asinine policy that belongs in the stone ages.

Many women struggle with infertility and other issues when giving her and highlighting these facts the day before this holiday has left a bad mark across the family.

My sister and I stopped by during the pandemic, and the staff was very friendly. However, no one was wearing masks despite there being an active mask mandate at the time. My sister and I were so uncomfortable that we just ended up setting our basket of things on the ground and walking out. On top of it all, there was a woman walking around maskless, talking on the phone about smuggling ivermectin across the border. Yikes. From other reviews, you can tell this wasn't a fluke but rather a blatant problem in how the business is being run.

Went into this location and asked if they might have a Carlsbad ceramic plate. Some old lady rudely replied they are not worth carrying and said go to the airport. First and foremost the airport wouldn’t carry a specific plate for Carlsbad. The next two shops I visited had the plates I was looking for and were more than friendly as we spent over $200.00 in both shops combined. Never ever encountered a more obnoxious individual in over 40 years collecting plates from around the world. Count the lost business from the lady in the walker.
