Heidi West and before her, her beautiful Mother owned and curated my favorite shop since I moved to Saratoga in 1999. It has always been my go to shop if for something specific or just a fabulous discovery. I have to be so careful when entering as I see so many items I desire!!! And I don’t know how she does it but it just gets better and better including the creatively designed windows….just beautiful!! Thanks to Heidi and her amazing staff and customer service….the best of the best.

I am writing this scathing review because of horrible customer service. My sister and I were in the store and this lovely, attractive woman was waiting on us and one of the managers while we were being waited on told this employee to stop waiting on us and wrap around the store to see if anyone needed anything . We were customers during this Holiday Season and we were just about to purchase a coat and scarf and decided not to purchase the items because we were completely and utterly insulted. If you are expecting personalized service this is not your store. We were very upset for the employee she seemed genuinely eager to help us.

Went shopping for a dress to wear for a wedding and the three women working there were wonderful. I ended up buying a jumper and shoes. Love my outfit, store had a lot of super cute clothes, and the people working there were awesome, fun and nice. Definitely a place I plan to go back to.
