This Lego Store location is pleasant every time that I go. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly and the shelves are always well stocked. I love being able to build my own minifigs as well as get harder to find sets on their shelves!

Worst Lego store ever. I tried to return an item that was sealed that I bought it at the Lego Store of America in Minneapolis 10 days ago for my son when I was traveling. I didn't have the ticket but I had the credit card that I paid for but apparently Julia the supervisor is too lazy to look it up and gave me a Mickey mouse excuse that was going to take too much time to find it.

She is typical entitled employee that believes owns the store.

I recommend buying your legos from Amazon, Target, or any other store.

I will be emailing corporate about this experience for sure.

A really cool place to go with family and friends to see lots of cool Legos! They have Lego sets for all ages and price ranges, and you can even customize and design your own Lego’s! They have some of the largest and tallest Lego sets, including the Eiffel Tower and a piano that actually plays. Highly recommend visiting here!

I have only ever felt as welcomed in one other place and that's LITERALLY Disneyland. Extremely good and felt genuinely friendly customer service and conversation from literally the entire staff checking in with us while we looked at ALL the Lego sets and then decided to raid the brick wall and make our custom Minifigures. Very clean and friendly store, it's located on the second floor of the mall.

Store is located on the second floor, not the first floor like Google states. This location does not offer the Minifigure Factory, even though this location comes up as offering it. Verified with an employee that the Lego figures they have are just the pre printed ones. Overall, nice store with nice employees.
