I don't normally write reviews but Paul N. and Alex S. were phenomenal employees that went above and beyond to help me find the parts I needed from the PAB wall. I've been to many other Lego stores and have not felt the attention to detail and friendly experience that I received here. It's the people that truly make a difference as a customer and even though I have many other Lego stores I could visit, the Burlington Mall Lego Store is without a doubt, the best one I've been to. On top of that, they also have an incredible selection of parts and sets, I will most certainly be back next week!

Lots of legos! They have Lego kits for everyone. HUGE kits, small kits, and all kinds in between. You can even buy single pieces. I also saw this stand with keychains and one of the keychains were a block remover. How clever! Anyway, it can get pretty packed in here on the weekends but there is usually plenty staff to help answer any questions or to help keep thievery to a minimum. If you have a hard time in small spaces with lots of people, visit during a weekday.

My daughter and I had such a great time hanging out here for almost an hour. We loved that you could build your own lego people with thousands of combinations... we lego-fied our family! Friendly knowledgable staff.

Kids loved the place. The $9.99 make your own three figures was a huge hit. Lots of playing whilst choosing what they finally wanted. Some really expensive kits in there too though!!!

Just went to the Burlington location with my Granddaughter. Had a great experience. Young and Alex were very helpful and knowledgeable. Young went over and above when I asked him to staple my shopping bag to hide my gifts from another store. Love good customer service. Recommend highly.

The employee in charge of the Pick a Brick wall is a Lego fanatic after my own heart. Any great new piece that becomes available for US PaB walls can probably be found in this store. The selection on the wall is amazing and they have a load of other parts in storage waiting to go on the wall. The other employees are equally amazing and helpful. This store is dangerous for one's wallet.

[I wrote this before the pandemic, I've been back once in late 2022 and the pick-a-brick wall was packed, plus a dozen boxes next to, plus a few more cups, plus more in the back. They have a helpful menu, too.]
