Super nice staff and they are all so knowledgeable about the trains. They helped us every step of the way! I was able to find the perfect train for my mom for Christmas and now she is hooked! 😂I think I'll bet going back to get myself one too as I just didn't realize how much fun they would be.

Bought a train set, decided I wanted a different one, brought back in in the next few days, the owner took back but discounted me 100 dllrs because he said he could not sell it back the way it was but his return policy doesn’t specify anything about such a huge fee in order to return it back, It’s not like a wanted my money back I just wanted a different one, if I would have known I would have bought it in Amazon no questions ask, free shipping and 30 days return back without any return penalties!!! I didn’t want to argue with him but he is definitely wrong for doing this, his return policy doesn’t specify any of this I Believe he just got extremely greedy with me!! I was excited to start my train collection but people who own stores like this are really disappointing!! I rather go to another store to spend the rest of my money to finish my collection rather than coming here!!!since they since to be chasing you to see what you going to buy or what you are doing around the store!!! Terrible experience

Brian and Val are as good as they come. If you want stellar knowledge, support and customer service, then you are in the right place with Legacy Station. I wish they were closer so I could personally visit but that's why we have shipping. I heard about LS "word of mouth" from a model train club member and that's as good as it gets for a referral. Aunt of mine gave me $50 in Christmas money and I went to Legacy earlier this week and got a cargo HO scale freight car from Thomas that cost $34.44. Store is very expensive, I recommend buying model trains on Amazon or eBay since their more cheaper.

What an impressive operation, absolutely exceeded expectations! Outstanding customer service and staff (Tim, in particular)! I purchased a used item (which can be uncertain and stressful... especially when it's not an inexpensive thing) and it's great to now know that businesses like this, ones that care about their customers, still exist! Since I have a few more items on my 'hard-to-find' shopping list, I will definitely be checking with them regularly and hope to be making more purchases from them in the future.

Very friendly staff. My son went in hoping to trade his trains and tracks to a different scale the owner worked thoroughly with him for a good hour lol. In the end we didn't trade but did still upgrade his train set. The store is well stocked and clean even had a little play area for the babies!!

I visited Legacy Station with my daughter and to have an engine serviced. Brian was extremely helpful with servicing my locomotive. The shop had a great selection of anything and everything model trail. They also have a room with really neat train scenery and sets.

Highly recommend! I will be a regular visitor!
