What an absolutely stunning bereavement floral arrangement. We are over the moon with this arrangement during this difficult time for our family. We could feel the outpouring love hard work and dedication put into this arrangement. Thank you so much for putting a smile on our faces during the passing of our dad. After spending practically $100 on a bouquet (1st pic), it was very disappointing that what was paid for and what was delivered were not even close. Contacted them twice and no feedback received. I got some ridiculous explanation and when I explained how markedly different they were, on both occasions when I called I spoke to someone who asked me to send pictures. The first person said they will talk to the manager and I haven't heard from them since and when I called back I was asked to send pictures again, to another number which could not receive the pics. I could have easily gotten flowers cheaper elsewhere but wanted to support a smaller business. Learnt my lesson, never again and be warned.

My Great Niece was making her 1st Holy Communion & I was going to be out of town. I called Lee Anne's because that is the family's Go-To Florist. I placed my order over the phone & the woman was very helpful. My only request was the flowers be in shades of yellow - the Communion Girl's favorite color. The morning of the Communion - her Momma went to pick up the flowers & sent me a picture. I personally could not have been more pleased with the bouquet! I was told she never put the bouquet down - they made her feel like a million bucks! They treated my order like it was the only one they had - which was FAR from the truth, as it was the day before Mother's Day, and Ya'll know that they were busier than a 1 arm paper hanger! Thank you!

I’m very disappointed, my boyfriend has orders me flowers from this florist several times over the years. Today being my birthday he didn’t have time this morning to run to the florist so he placed an order on DoorDash, it was not exactly what he ordered after writing in an additional note. What ends up coming is a medium bouquet with 1 sunflower and 3 roses that are turning brown and the rest are carnations. He processed to call and was going to see if we could possibly come in and just take care of the issue since we were heading that way. The lady who answered the phone did not want to hear what he had to say once we told her the order was placed on DoorDash. She didn’t want to resolve the problem or let us get to that point in the conversation as in to where she can resolve the problem.

Customer service goes a long way.

I wanted to order a festive bouquet for my best friend to be delivered the same day. The woman on the phone was extremely helpful & so sweet helping me pick something out online. She assured me that they would make it beautiful & that it would be delivered within 90 minutes. My best friend said she cried when she received it because it was so beautiful & unexpected. The arrangement was literally at her door within an hour of me placing the order. I will definitely be ordering from this florist again.
