Absolutely awful experience. I waited over a month to get a hat and kept getting hit with the “just keep waiting” line - which I did, gracefully! Finally, I ask for a refund to which they say go file with the post office 😒 I said it’s okay, I’ll dispute it. They tell me I’m BULLYING them and I’m THREATENING them and that they are going to stop communicating with me and turn it over to their attorney… I’m literally asking for the $36 or the hat that I paid for. This is gaslighting at its finest. Do not shop here.

Where do I start? Courtney and her crew are the best people I’ve ever been in contact with! Customer service is top notch!! What I love most about Leather & Lace Boutique is the love you feel when entering the front door! The clothing, jewelry, shoes, etc are the best brands and they last forever!! Please go shop here!!

I do lashes at the salon (TaylorMade Salon) attached to Leather & Lace! This is one of the best work environments I could’ve ever worked in/wished for - from the kind coworkers, immaculate environment, and AMAZING boutique items 😍 I can’t express the love I have for this boutique/business and the Wilkerson sisters! Come check us out & don’t forget that you get 20% off all boutique items after completing a salon service at TaylorMade Salon (which includes hair, nails, and lashes) 🤍

I am located in Jacksonville Florida and I found a pair of baby pink cowboy boots that I wanted to get for my daughters birthday. I’ll order them on Monday evening hoping they would be here before her birthday on Friday. This boutique is so awesome. They went out on Monday and were delivered to me on Wednesday. I was ecstatic.!! They are also some of the cutest boots I’ve ever seen, and my daughter loves them thank you leather and lace. We will be shopping with you again.!! Also, when I called the boutique, the young lady that helped me was so informative. This place is totally awesome.Five stars for sure!

BEST boutique ever! They always have the cutest things to choose from. Shipping is always super fast & I’ve never had such nice customer service. The owner is super sweet and helpful. She has even helped me style a lot of the outfits with shoes & accessories. She will go out of her way to do anything she can to help you and make you happy!
