I love this location anyway, but I really appreciated Julian’s customer service. Julian didn’t hesitate to help me find the color I was looking for and even went in the back to grab me the correct box for my gift. Way to go Julian!

Joleene is the most helpful floor salesperson I have ever met. We came in in October to scope out our options to get rid of old cheap non stick. I was hoping she’d be there today and she was. She was friendly while my 3.5 year old meandered around the store (and bravely brought us a fragile wine glass) and asked me questions about my needs to figure out what cookware would be best for our family. Can’t wait to come use my coupon in February and see her again.

Store was very well stocked, and they definitely had some items that were previously discontinued. They had some new items as well. Right now they are doing a store wide 35% off sale so if your in the market for some new peices now is a great time. They had a ton off staff that were definitely hovering, but we not obnoxious or applying any pressure. If your a le creuset fan it's most definitely worth a stop.

Our trip to the Le Creuset Outlet was like a trip to Disneyland for us! So fun checking out all the goodies. What made it even better, as first timers, was having the expertise of employee, Kevin, as he guided us through the selections. He was full of knowledge and truly listened to our needs and cooking habits in order to make recommendations that would work best for our home and entertaining needs. We had a great time and look forward to using the Le Creuset items we purchased. Can't wait to visit Kevin at the Le Creuset Outlet in the future!

Thrilled with my experience today! My first time in a Le Creuset store to purchase my first Le Creuset product.
The woman working, Joleene, was very friendly, very knowledgeable and super helpful. She answered all my questions with ease. Went home and cooked in both pots immediately.
Definitely coming back!

During this special time, only allow 4 people in the store. They don't carry Caribbean color series and when I asked the sales about the different color of the handle sleeve, she told me Le Creuset never have different colors other than Black or red, which is not true. It's 30% off store wide, overall I still bought a dutch oven.
