Shop elsewhere if you can. DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU NEED THE ITEM ASAP! The store have lots of selections for kids. Expensive and not really worth the price… Customer service from most workers here is bad but the brown skin lady in charge at the register… The worst! She had a disgusting attitude towards the customers and workers alike.
I asked the young lady ringing me up if they had a smaller size sock, she then turned to ask the lady in charge who replied “We don’t know we are at the register, she should’ve asked a sales associate.” I was ready to leave all my items at the counter… But I needed a few things. In hindsight, I shouldn’t have spent a penny there. I will not again.
What owner in their right mind would leave her in charge?
People are spending their hard earned money getting things for children and this nasty attitude person is yelling across the store at the workers in a very demeaning manner.
I gave it 2 stars because the young woman ringing me up was very nice and I could tell she hates the hag.
Owner: Get rid of that bad energy.

The store is okay to quick shop. But the workers there are nasty with bad attitudes especially the old black cashier lady. It’s too cluttered in the store you could barely see any of the clothes. The manager is never hiring. He just shuts people down. He got old ladies working there with attitudes. He only got 4 woman working there and a security guard who is always on the phone. One lady said they need people here to work. Might stop shopping here they don’t deserve my money. SMH

What happened to me in this place is beyond my imagination. I went there to get a couple of clothes on sale for my son. After picking up some, I went to pay. The cashier was extremely nasty and she rudely informed me that some of the clothes were more expensive than what I thought. So, I told her I will not take them since they were labeled with the wrong prices. I ended up taking a couple of clothes at full prices. Then, I saw an excavator toy. I checked the price and told her that I was taking it too. After she proceeded the purchases, she placed the toy in a different bag “UNDER HER COUNTER” and handed me a big bag full of the clothes. I did not pay attention and left the store. Half way through my walk, I noticed she never gave me the toy that I paid for. So I returned, she acted surprised and then pulled it out from UNDER HER COUNTER. In other words, their own cashier is the thief in the store.

Has no air conditioning in 2nd floor. I couldn't shop like that. Customer service is awful the only one there who was happy & pleasant was the man who holds the bags. The cashiers especially are terribly mean, they should try working at a subway station instead of a kids clothing store. Definitely shopping elsewhere online.

They have a nice selection but the sales floor is overcrowded with merchandise which makes it hard to navigate around with other people. In other words, only 1 person can walk down an aisle at a time and still you may knock something over. They also need to increase cashiers during back to school times. Its ridiculous that I have to wait 1 hour just to check-out.

The prices are ok but I feel like they can do better when it comes to the quality of the clothes.
As for the cashier's they are very rude they need help but never hiring, they seem like they don't even want to help when you need help getting a merchandise.

If I could give them a ZERO stars I ABSOLUTELY would! It starts out like this: I went to this store with my husband 2 days in a row (we are both medically exempt from wearing a mask because of preexisting conditions), we went back the second day to get a security tag taken off that they missed and the security gaurd at the door was actually baracading the doors with his body and refusing entry (which is illegal due to the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act, because they have to make reasonable accommodations)), we asked for the manager and he was refusing to get the manager. Finally the manager does come over to check out why his security guard is blocking the doors and what happened next is what astounds us the most. As we were trying to explain the manager says that he talked to the cops and they don't have to make reasonable accommodations for anyone and we were trying to explain that if they go against the ADA they can be fined $75,000 and they could get sued; their response was " Ok, great we love to be fined and sued and if you want to you can call the cops as well because you claim to be medically exempt under the ADA, but the cops will still be on our side..."
