This store is like a treasure hunt. Unfortunately new management has completely reorganized the store. While I appreciate trying to bring order, they have also removed the quantities & categories of select merchandise on the floor.
At a recent visit on a Saturday night the store was strangely dead. When walking up to the women’s shoe section two male customers were complaining about an employee that had been profiling them. That same employee proceeded to profile me and follow me through the store until I checked out. This made the shopping experience very uncomfortable & awkward. I understand the need to protect the store from theft but perhaps investing in proper security systems and personnel would better accomplish the desired shopping experience.

Valentino Garavani pumps for $550! That's an amazing deal! I am definitely shopping here at least a couple times a month! I love this place even if the customer service isn't top notch. Your coming here to shop till you drop and guess what? I'm a shopaholic and this place is perfect to feed my shopping desires 🙂

I love a hardworking and friendly staff. I always have a great experience at this location. Im always finding cool hidden gems in this store.

Everything is compacted, so you do need to be patient going through everything.

Positive: great brands at a great price, it’s a zoo, but they try their best to keep the store organized by item/size

Negative: the employees are pretty terrible, stand around talking and gossiping. I hung all but two items I didn’t plan on keeping coming out of the dressing room and the employee who was just standing around talking, handed them back to me and said I needed to hang them myself. It was said in a very rude way too. Then, when I checked out, two of the cashiers were gossiping about a previous male shopper who was being rude, so I had to wait until their conversation was over in order to be helped. Service is definitely not representative of Nordstrom.

This place is my stress reliever. But it stresses my wallet. I went there to buy a white pair of shoes and ended up spending close to $500. Aïe! The dresses were on sale for 50%. I got some designer dresses, Crocs, and purses 👛. The only negative thing is that there are no returns. But you have fitting room to try them on. I recommend this place. I only go there twice or thrice a year if not I will be broke. Lol.

What a mess. What a treasure hunt, lol. I found a few things...rag & bone thermal, madwell sweater in navy!, a swimsuit, & denimist boyfriend jeans I'm not sure if it was much of a deal. I think I find better deals at Nordstrom rack. Just know that if you find an item with no tag, try to find an identical and bring it up with you to the cashier to scan. They said they couldn't sell it to me otherwise. If I lived there, I'd probably go again. Be prepared to dig! I was there 3 hours. And there was a long line for the cashier, but moved very quickly. Have fun!

Nordstrom quality clothes at 90% off? Yes please!

Roll up to the shopping center, park the vehicle and take a deep breath. It's wild in there!!! When you walk into the building housing Last Chance, you'll see giant bins just piled high with randomness.

Want a Ralph Lauren pillow case for $5? How about some Ray Bans for $20? I scored some NYDJ wide leg jeans for $14!!!

Ya'll!!!! Okay, here are the cons. Some of the items are returns so expect to find items that are not in pristine condition (dirty, rips, stains.) These items are crammed onto racks in a messy way, It's always crowded and you have to wait in line for a while to pay.

If you love to go Thrift shopping, This is the place for you!!! It's the same variety of shopping only most items are NWT and incredible quality!!! Also, items run the same price as Goodwill!!

Plan to be here for at least an hour!!!!
