Recently I ordered an arrangement from Lake Land Florals to be delivered to a funeral on behalf of my family. I had specified the arrangement should be "bright and colorful" and thought I had provided an adequate budget of "up to $120". Upon seeing the arrangement at the services we were quite disappointed. The bouquet only had 1 white hydrangea, 4 red roses, 5 stems of small purple flowers, and lots of filler. Much to my dismay, I was certainly surprised when I later checked my credit card and was charged over $139. When I contacted the business owner to let her know we were not pleased she provided excuses that she had "specifically ordered sunflowers" for this bouquet, the fillers with no blooms were "roadside flowers", nd said she "wished she has seen the arrangement". Additionally, she had added the delivery charges and taxes on top up the budget I had provided. While I certainly won't be doing business here again, I would suggest to others they specify if the delivery and taxes are to be included in the amount they wish to spend and at minimum request a photo of the arrangement be provided by text before the arrangement is delivered.
