Descent gifts. Cashier not friendly at all. I said hello when I got to the counter and she couldn’t even say hello back. She said absolutely nothing to me during the entire transaction. No hello, no total that I owe, no thanks for coming, no goodbye. No Nothing. 2 stars for cashier and service provided at check out register.

Good Place to do ur Disney shopping. This place has all the Disney related products. I would say the pricing is okay. We made a good purchase and we got entitled with a gift 😉 The staff were good.

Went with my family yesterday and they make you feel like criminals as soon as we walk in I’m assuming it’s the owner or manager calls all the employees and started getting followed. As for customer service that was the worst.

We visited the shop two times during our first time Orlando visit. Variety of items to choose from. Thanks to Imran ( Ali ), fantastic person, so polite and friendly ..helpful both times.. will love to visit again 😊

I am so happy to have found the Best gift shop that has 2 of the nicest people working there!! Imran is so polite and is a very kind person. He has always helped me find what I am looking for to add to my Britto collection! Monira is also very kind. She ordered one of my collection pieces! When it came in she was very prompt to call me! I look forward to working with both of them while
I am completing my collection!!! The gift shop is beautiful and kept up so nicely!!! Lots of Great merchandise in the shop with Great prices!!!

Loved this gift shop! Great selection and pricing. We got t shirts, Harry Potter wands, toys and magnets. The cashier Imran was particularly helpful and kind. My daughter dropped and broke an item that we were going to buy and he let me exchange it. Highly recommend.
