Ladner’s Pools is a great place to find a variety of supplies, chemicals and much more.
There are a great variety of hot tubs in their showroom along with great employees who will help you with any questions you have.
There are workers that clean people’s pools and men who can work on things that go wrong with your equipment on your pool and any of issues one may have with their pools.
We can even test your water from your pool. Just bring a sample ( like a half a bottle of your pool water with you. Then make sure you know how many gallons your pool holds and if it’s an In ground or above ground pool. Also if it’s a chlorine or salt water pool. What type of filter do you have. If it’s made of plaster or vinyl or whatever it’s made of.

Felix from Ladner’s Pool came to service the above ground pool that we inherited with the purchase of our new home. He bought our pool back to life after the water was filled with algae and out of sync. Not only was he very professional and friendly, he was also knowledgeable and taught us everything we need to know about keeping up our pool. He bought us a starter kit to help maintain the pool which eliminated us from having to go to store for supplies. He took his time to answer all our questions and really made it simple. Lastly, he didn’t rush our service even though it was raining. He was truly awesome. Thank you Felix!!!

Came in for a water test and employee was just on her phone behind counter. Tried to get her attention and after a while she finally responded and started my test in which she asked if I had any plans for the weekend you know small talk which is not the problem. Problem was when she rudely said wait I have to take this it’s my business. I waited for while for her to come back and she proceeded to talk about how she sells jewelry and if I would be interested in buying some. Which I just wanted my water tested not to be ignored and tried to be sold some jewlery. Unprofessional and asked advice on a cloudy pool and she said to just run the filter which I have been doing for 2 days straight now. Walter was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I’ve been coming to this store to have my pool water tested for about 6 years now, I’ve never walked out that store with more than what was actually needed to keep a clear pool. Any other high end pool store will convince you to buy chemicals you don’t need. These guys are truly honest and will give you the best advice without throwing away your money. Evelyn is awesome and always helps people with understanding water chemistry and the do’s and don’ts. Highly recommend this place for anything pool related.
