Really rude security guard, judge me on my apparence and try to kick me out of the store. Think I was here to boost ( rob) the store. I feel she was agressive even when I propose her to hold my bag and my passport during my shopping . I ll not go back to this location

Great staff. They know the product and helped me find exactly what I needed. Lovely place. I'm pretty biased. Angry clowns could replace the staff and I might not notice as I stare at the original cut in a new color as if it was a donut.

Lacoste has absolutely wonderful staff who directed us to the stroller accessable entrance and greeted my son with stickers when we arrived. While I wish this location had a bit more stock, especially in women's shoes (the reason for my visit) the brand is still as relaxed, high-quality, and well-designed as ever.

Cool place to go shopping in Union Square. This Square is unique in the USA. Levis and Lacoste stores are perhaps the most outstanding. As you enter, just take a look at splendid colors around. Color and designs are the keys. Even if the concept has been changing in this new millennium. Undoubtedly Lacoste is one of my lifetime Brands!

Terrible service! Will be writting a letter to corporate head quarters. When i requested a gift box for an item i purchased they said they could not give it to me, even when i offer to pay for it. The manager of this location should be ashamed. I would never do business with them again!
