Nice Mexican meat market. There is plenty of meats to choose from and ceviche. Pick a number ticket and wait for your number to be called. You might need to know some Spanish. They call the numbers in Spanish. I'm not sure if this is a rough place. What's with the security guard inside? Parking can be tight at times.

ABSOLUTELY love this place. I have been shoping for my meat here for about 10 years. When we would have carne asadas, all our guests loved it and would ask where it was from, La Venadita of course 😉 . I even purchase this meat to take over with family to Moreno Valley because they love it so much. I feel like the prices are good and I'm always happy to support small businesses. It does tend to get a bit busy, but the staff if very good at making sure they provide a great customer service. They are very quick and efficient.

They are definitely gouging prices. 1lb Ranchera @ $13.49 is crazy. I buy 15-20lbs per visit. We like the Carne Azada outcome, but dayum, we can be grilling steaks.

Been coming here for about 25yrs now! And it never disappoints...Was referred by an ex coworker who grew up around the area. I've been told I am crazy to drive so far (32mls)...that I can get meat just as good nearby...Well I have tried other places & each time after being disappointed, I had to take that ride to Carson. Believe me, it's well worth it! Most times when I come during holiday weekends, I find others who come from far away cities as well...so I'm not the only one taking these drives. This past week I tried the shrimp only ceviche for the first time. Delicious!

I have had the meat before and it is good but going there on memorial day was ridiculous! Not enough staff for the 100 people waiting for the meat counter. After a 30 min wait, I gave my number to someone else and left. There is other meat markets that staff better and meat quality is good. They said my wait was gonna be about 1.5 hours. No thanks!

I was there I this morning, it wasn't as busy as other time. They always have quality meats. I usually buy the carne asada pre marinade. The meat is so tender & juicy. I drive 20 miles for the quality of their products. They also sell ceviche 2 kinds Shrimp only and mixed one. 😋
