I stopped here because I needed a few things for tonight’s dinner. People that are giving more than 1 star - who paid you? If you love flies all over the fruit and produce then this store is the place for you! Extra bonus points for moldy garlic and onions. The aisles are full of boxes because nothing is stocked properly. This store is disgusting and dirty and grimy. Oh and make sure you ask for the employee discount since you have to check yourself out at self checkout.

The woman wearing a "curly black wig" with a headband in the middle of her forehead, her name is Mary Anne, she is a horrible self-checkout attendant, she is not helpful at all, she doesn't open her mouth at all and just points her finger, she is no help at all at this Kroger in Richmond Hill, I have heard from other customers that she is a Rude Lady to the customer in that area. I just got out of there.

This location desperately needs more shopping carts and/or another team member to round up carts in the parking lot. There are usually few carts inside anyways, but when I came here around noon the other week, there was not a single cart inside; I had to go out to the parking lot to grab a cart, which is frustrating at baseline but especially as I was carrying my baby in car seat and had my toddler holding my hand.

Also worth mentioning that while checking out the one visit, a $0.60 Kroger yogurt fell out of my cart and the container broke. I told the cashier, who said “I’m going to have to charge you for that.” I have never seen or heard of anyone being charged for an accident like this at any other retailer.

ETA: I haven’t shopped at Kroger recently, but stopped in today for some items that Publix doesn’t carry. 3 day old gray expired beef on the shelves 🤢

Tried to do self checkout and one of the employees said to me and my wife that there is a line and called people over from other checkout stands half way across the store. In my opinion if people wanted to go to self checkout then they should be standing by the self checkout lanes not across the store and expect people to let them cut in front of you employees are rude

I don’t understand why I show up to an unstocked store with only rotten onions left at 11am on a sunday. Who is running this place?

I am so tired of this store jamming us into the leftist agenda. A bag is supposed to help the customer get food to their house. What happened to the decent bags? So now there are even more bags out there because you are having to double them. Quit pushing the public into your agenda. It doesn't work. How about some softer light bulbs. I don't like feeling like I live in a warehouse. Another push to your agenda. Stop pushing the money making breast cancer deal. We know where the money really goes. What happened to good meat? Another push .....to stop eating meat. I am going to avoid your store as much as possible. You are a pusher of leftist ideas. Stop it or we will stop shopping with you. Oh, one more thing. The check out, a smiling face goes a long way. You are forcing people to use self checkout out. After all the business I've given this store in the past you wanna make me check out my out groceries now. I'll find someone who will and with a smile on their faces.

Much better service the meat manager, produce manager and the gentleman that works the lunch meats are awsome. And the biggest shout out to Ms. Patti at the check outs with outstanding service!
