The only pet shop in Hemet that offers live rodents. The shop is a little on the small side & doesn't have many reptiles available. For that I usually knock off a star but they make up for it with their knowledge of animals & customer service. I usually deal with Chris & the young girl with the star tattoos. When you need something they don't have they will find it for you quick. On top of that they're doing their part by employing developmentally disabled individuals so they're part of the community. For that it's 5 stars all the way.

I love coming here Chris is my favorite person to talk about any concerns with my beardie or tortoises everyone here has good knowledge base and genuinely cares about their animals. Doesn’t feel like a store feels more like a vet that loves animals. Will keep coming here as long as I have reptiles.

A really cool down home pet store, they even have a store cat who's been living there for many years. They're always in stock with lots of feeders for your reptiles and such they have awesome reptile selection and lots of birds too

I have been coming here since I was like 11 years old. I am now 4 years away from 30. And I still always plan to go here despite karla retiring.
This place has so much greatness, staff are really friendly. Tons of great reptiles to choose from. Alot of fish. They do dog grooming. They offer live and frozen rodents feeders for your snakes etc.
Great prices on animals too. Best pet shop imo. And a classic.

Take your buisness here please and keep this place from beinbusinesses. Of buisness by big corporations that only care to monopolize. We really need more small buisnesses.

Really cool hidden gem in the city, great staff extremly clean and definitely the place for reptiles, fish and bird Keepers *the birds go extremly fast* the owner Joe gave me an excellent deal on a boa constrictor hypo morph and has tons of cool lookong snakes. If you haven't been to this pet shop yet I suggest you give it a try, great place!

Always a great friendly place to shop even when calling by phone... Back in the day when it was Karla Kritters her service was always top notch and it still continues ? Thank you for that! Lots of parking space... Shop is very nice and well maintain... Animal Enclosures are nice to look at... Today I went in for the Black Widow Frontosas & all 3 have joined our Familia ?

My husband and i love it here they aren't expensive we got a savanna monitor and got my daughter a small pet of her own. Customer service is great and the staff is very knowledgable on how to care for them. We just moved here from oc and are happy we found this place near our home.
