Do yourself a favor and do not shop at this store ! Rude, unprofessional, money hungry and no customer service at all! Not only do they keep the tax you paid (when trying to get a credit on returned items) but they charge additional tax on the new item as well. She also gets mad at you when you confront her about it !! 🤦‍♀️ such a bad person and bad customer experience !

My mom & I love this store ! Great original products for the home ! Great prices for what u get ! And the owners are wonderful ! Super helpful and just a great place to shop for hard to find hand picked items for the home ! Love it ! I’m shocked at the 1 star reviews , I think sometimes u have to be rude to rude shoppers , which might I add , I have personally seen myself ! This is a store , no a swap meet , no bartering allowed ? !

Wonderful customer service! Product selection is incredible. Our company has been frequenting different gift shops around San Fernando Valley, honestly speaking Kristallia outperforms every store. Great selection! Great value! Beautiful stuff!

Very unprofessional and rude. Zero customer service skills. I brought an item to exchange that was a gifted to me, the exchange date had passed by one day, and she refused to exchange the item.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT shop from this gift store. You will thank me later.

Horrible, Horrible customer service, 😢.
Very-very rude owners, they should go to other gift stores near the area & learn decent customer service & manners from them, don't ever waist your money 🙄 somewhere where they don't respect you as customers & are rude to you.
