im from California, but I live in Utah bc of my mom and there are no other good kpop stores like this one! each time I go to cali and when we go to the mall, I always go here! love the albums and everything, love how they give free cards when ur done paying, I love the life size of skz and bts, really love this place, the workers are so nice and sweet, I just wanna give them a hug, each time I go where, I always buy enhypen albums, and photocards also, went there on October, and bought enhypen albums, love this place so much, I hope I’ll come also when I come in a few days 🤍

This store is the best store in prices, merch, and customer service. Mr Teak is the nicest person and makes you feel so welcome. I appreciate that he has so many albums that have POB. Please pay him and his store a visit and don't forget to take pictures with life size Stray Kids 💗 😊

this is my favorite kpop store ever! the owner is sooooo nice and you get to pick lomo cards if u buy something 🙂 there is a large variety of albums, i visit this store ALOT lol

They don’t have a phone number but they have an email which they respond to in a timely manner. Great customer service! They put the txt light stick on hold for me and I picked it up today! Works great. My friend went to another K-pop store and got scammed but KPOP joy is awesome! #satisfiedcustomer :]

Fun store! They also sell from artists that I haven’t seen in other kpop stores. The customer service is great, too. I don’t like malls, but this store is the exception.

5 STARS!!! prices are really really really good. +i got a free photocard after purchase! made my day. had to hold back . . . . if you left me unsupervised with some money in this store, i would go wild. 10/10 will come again (but must save up lololol). great selection of albums, photo cards, pc holders, etc, etc
