I swear every time I come here I want to buy the whole store lol. It is really big and everything is in stock and organized. I love coming here during the holidays. Just take a sip of coffee and walk around. Customer service is nice and friendly.

I was greeted as I walked in by an employee who explained to me the percentage off of items in the store with a coupon. The store is well organized and laid out well. The shelves are stocked, and there is lots to look at. Overall, I would give this store an a+ for its organization, cleanliness, and staff interactions.

I often stop in to find seasonal decor or a personalized monogram gift.I do not always find something for the house here. However when I do it is always a fantastic value for the quality. They especially have incredible deals right before holidays.

I used to love shopping at the store near me but it closed. I decided to go online an order a piece of furniture, but it was delivered with a unrepairable hole on the top of the cabinet. Customer service was rude and made returning the cabinet very difficult, I am still waiting for the refund on my account. I will never shop at Kirkland's again and have told everyone I know to be careful ordering from Kirkland's, it is better to shop at Wayfair, customer service is very helpful and make returning an item easy.

Worse experience I’ve ever had going to a home decor store. The manager Ylissa was so rude to my wife and I. We were simply looking for a nice piece of art for our bathroom and when we asked for help she just looked at us, and snarkily said “we don’t have anything for that.” Come to find out she’s one of the managers there. I feel bad for the people working under her she clearly has an attitude problem, not to mention you can tell she’s over compensating for how short she is. Rude rude rude rude rude girl. Get rid of her. Don’t get how you could hire someone like that.
