AMAZING customer service!

I've been trying to find a gift for my little sister who loves Digimon. Called the shop about buying an Adventure Box. They went the extra mile, reached out to the warehouse, and confirmed they had a box with her favorite character in it. I even received the package less than 24 hours after I placed the order!

Enough cannot be said about their care and effort. Yall have made me, and more importantly my little sister, very happy.

This is my preferred store to play at for Friday Night Magic. There’s a great community of players that show up various events and a wonderful staff to go with it. I highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking to play. And if you come on Friday night my pod usually has at least 1 spot in it so if you’re looking to try out a new spot feel free to join me.

Amazing people and Amazing shop! My team and I just participated in a Lorcana championship and the environment as well as the community is amazing. The Mad Hatters had a amazing time at the event and appreciated the amazing customer service that was shown to everyone. Thank you.

Great location to practice Lorcana on Monday nights. The store doesn’t have the best selection on singles, but the staff and TCG community here is helpful, friendly and welcoming.

The staff were very friendly. They had lots of vintage and rare Pokémon cards as well as new ones. I came to look at the Pokémon cards, but it looks like they have lots of other trading cards also.
