Kids N Cribs said we would receive a confirmation of our order after placing an online order for nearly $200 worth of items. We never received any kind of communication about our order in a week. Had to cancel the order through our credit card due to not fulfilling order and holding our money without any return of service. Voicemail says they are awaiting the arrival of a baby and out of office, but going off of other reviews- the lack of follow through and negligent order fulfillment has been the case for several months.

Awesome family owned business, Mike and Antonette were amazing. My wife and I went window shopping for a rocking chair. We were promptly greeted and were allowed to walk around without any sales pressure. We went back a total of 3 times before deciding to buy. We priced shopped other stores and online. This was the only store we were able to test drive the items and get a knowledgeable sales person who helped us make our decision. They also helped us understand the difference between strollers and car seats.

Reasons to buy here: amazing customer service, offer local delivery at reasonable price, extremely knowledgeable of all their products, only required half of total cost as deposit, Antonette is car seat installer certified

I placed an order over two weeks ago. I never received an online confirmation and no one has answered any of my emails or calls. I am completely in the dark and they have taken over 400 dollars. Terrible customer service! I want my money back!

Update:

Instagram messages were ignored and I did in fact leave two voice messages and send over an email as instructed via your voicemail and website. It should not take a negative review to finally have a claim/purchase researched. In addition, as a paying customer, I should have received a call/ email discussing why I never received a confirmation email, what issues occurred with the order, and what to expect moving forward. Instead, I received an unprofessional response to a valid complaint. There was no accountability taken.

Customers beware when purchasing anything from this vendor online.

Horrible customer service, was not greeted upon walking in or acknowledged in the slightest. She was helping a couple which I understood required focus but just a “Hey I’ll be with you in a few minutes” would’ve been polite, especially since we continued to linger near the strollers so it was clear we were hoping for some help. Stood there and tried walking around a bit and the worker continued to not acknowledge us when we just wanted to view the strollers in hopes of buying (we stood there and waited because there were many signs stating you cannot touch the strollers without assistance) so we walked out. Never coming back or recommending this store to anyone I know, this is why people shop online now.

We had the BEST experience at Kids n Cribs. We are first-time parents and literally have no idea what we are doing. Before ordering nursery furniture online we wanted to see the models in person. We saw that Kids n Cribs sells a specific brand, so we made the drive from Santa Rosa to Pleasant Hill (55 miles) to check them out in person.

When we arrived, we were greeted by Antoinette and her husband Mike. We checked out the cribs but my husband wasn't impressed. Antoinette directed us towards other cribs and furniture that would hold up better over time and immediately were sold. We opted for an entire nursery furniture set based on their recommendations.

We were a little bummed that the shipping would take a couple of months, but we thought it was worth it and we wanted to support a small family-owned business.

When it was finally time to be delivered, Mike and an employee set-up and installed all of the furniture (at an additional cost) in under an hour. They used blankets on the stairs to make sure nothing was scratched- practically white-glove delivery!

We are so happy with our purchases from Kids n Cribs. I would highly recommend buying all of your baby necessities there... support local businesses!

Antoinette was so helpful with my daughter’s purchases. No pressure sales. All questions were welcomed and addressed. This is why we chose a local merchant over internet sales. The quality of merchandise is fantastic, and competitively priced. We purchased several items for my daughter’s family that will last for years to come.

This review is for an online purchase. Before you purchase, be aware of the shipping policy. I was contacted after my online purchase to alert me to the 6-8 week shipping delay. During week 8 I contacted the store and was told my furniture would ship the following day. I find it concerning that my contact may have been the only thing to trigger shipping. I paid $200+ in shipping fees and there were no shipping options provided. The furniture was dumped on a pallet, two weeks later (taking almost 10 weeks from purchase) on the sidewalk in front of my house. I then had to hire movers to move the dresser 10 feet inside my house. Just one more thing for this expectant mom to have to deal with. The store contact was borderline rude and completely apathetic (simply directing me to a link with shipping info) when I contacted him about shipping options. While I prefer to stay away from big box stores, they definitely offer more economical shipping and better shipping options.

Highly recommend coming here to purchase a car seat! They helped us through the whole process and installed all 3 car seats we were looking at to see which one fit best in our car. To our surprise, the car seat we initially thought would be too big for our car, ended up being the best fit. The owner even had both my husband and I install to make sure we could go home and do It on our own correctly. The price was not that different from purchasing online and the time, convenience, and quality of service was more than worth it.
