I called ahead to ensure they did watch sizing and the lady that answered was super friendly. When I came in they helped me right away, the place is clean and beautiful with a ton of jewelry, it just took a couple moment and they sized my watch to fit perfectly! They didn’t charge me they just had me donate to the make a wish foundation! It was so beautiful. Highly recommend them for any jewelry needs, I’ll be going to them for our engagement rings

My husband and I have been customers of Kenny G for the past 16 years. He took me to Kenny G to see what kind of ring I liked, and proposed shortly thereafter. When he took me there, I didn’t pick a ring or setting just for the sake of it, I liked a solitaire with the Tiffany setting and chose the smallest white gold band to match. I wasn’t in a hurry to pick a wedding set and as a matter of fact, it took me three years to find the set that caught my eye. I chose simple bands with a row of diamonds and that year for Christmas, my husband gave me the engagement band and wedding band as my Christmas present, and for our fifth year wedding anniversary he gave me a matching band to complete the set.

We are approaching our 16th wedding anniversary, and my wedding set was recently redesigned. Instead of trading the center stone in or changing the wedding band, we kept the original bands and center stone. They’re sentimental, and I wanted to keep them. Michael Gordon at Kenny G was more than patient with me. Again, I wasn’t in a rush to make a decision and I took my time looking at options before deciding what I really liked. Kenny G did an outstanding job redesigning my ring and sent me photos of what it would look like before they started.

Now the center stone has a new mount and a halo, and I couldn’t be happier! If you’re looking for an experience where you can take your time and not feel rushed, give Kenny G & Co., a chance. We’ve been loyal customers for 16 years and we couldn’t be happier.

After all these years my reviews keep getting deleted. So here it is again.... I had a emerald cut engagement ring my husband bought from Kenny G & CO. The large center stone fell out! Its terrible , I was devastated. The first day I went in to have it looked at, his employee said yes we will get this fixed right up, no worries, your warranty card has been signed and taken care of all along. (Note: My ring did have repairs done prior, smaller diamonds almost falling out) Time went on and I still did not hear from anyone. After I had put in many calls, Kenny G finally called me. He told me they would not honor the warranty. He slandered me with misuse of the ring, accused me of taking the ring out with pliers! Disgusting and insulting accusations! Kenny himself was so rude to me, yelling and screaming at me on the phone making terrible accusations. Kenny is not someone I would ever want to associate with ever again. I would never give them my time or money to. I also shared my story on Call Curtis, a news show. Still Kenny would not live up to the warranty he promises all customers, and did not help with any of the repairs. So I went to a few other jewelers, they said the ring was poorly made. I found that Galleria of Jewelry was the very helpful and made me a strong, non faulty ring. Sharif Jewelers has been great too. Kenny G is a liar, egotistical, rude, degrading, dishonest, pretentious, I ADVISE TO GO SOMEHWERE ELSE!

I have called many times. He is disgusting to talk to, derogatory and foul mouthed. I prefer to just warn customers.

I highly recommend Kenny G and Co. I was searching for several months for the perfect ring, shopped 10+ stores until someone recommended I try Kenny G. I stopped in on my lunch break and told them what I was looking for and showed them an image of the ideal shape and style. To my surprise Kenny had a ring that met my exact needs, he helped choose the perfect stone and the ring turned out beautiful. (He perfectly explained how diamonds are made, graded and was so thorough yet efficient to help me understand what all the grading meant). This is a place that still offers great customer service and makes you feel like more than a transaction. I recommend Kenny G to everyone. Since my initial visit I have purchased 3 rings and even a platinum dipped rose from them. Go see Kenny or Mackenzie if you want great service!
