Cute little store in Walnut Creek that I discovered when my friend invited me to a Yelp event there. It was nice they partnered up with a local charity so part of the proceeds went to training therapy dogs.

The jewelry is beautiful, the staff was friendly, and I got to make a custom necklace and one of the staff made it for me. The prices range from ~$50-$100+.

This store is in a plaza so there is a parking garage nearby, the first couple hours I think are free.

I just want you to know how disgusted I am with your brand. I bought a lock necklace/bracelet combo from a local store. In the first week and a half both of them started to tarnish. They were able to replace the bracelet, I just found out that you’re sold out of the necklace and they’re not only not able to replace it but your warehouse is not sending it back. That is basically STEALING something that I purchased. I’m totally disappointed in and disgusted with your brand and customer service. This is unacceptable quality and unacceptable that I won’t get my necklace back - tarnished or not, I would have rather kept it and paid to have it dipped in gold then return it. Had I known your sale rep wouldn’t return it, I wouldn’t have sent it off. For a high quality brand, this is all low class

Love Kendra Scott Jewelry but if you make a in-store purchase the return policy is ridiculous. Exchange or gift card only. I didn't see any signage sharing this policy and found out when I wanted to return a gift I bought. Very disappointed - next time, I'll shop at Nordstrom.

This place sell expensive jewelry that breaks after the first time of wearing it. And when you ask them for a resolution they don’t really help you, well they don’t help you at all. The managers don’t even know what they’re doing. So personally I don’t recommend this place, look for another place to buy gold
