This place has the rudest employees. I get it. You’re probably paid garbage wages but man, not a single time that I’ve gone in have I been given any greeting or acknowledgment. And they seem annoyed when I do bother them with a purchase or an online pickup order. Again, I get it. Why be friendly when you’re probably making minimum wage in this broken system but you also can’t be upset or surprised when your brick and mortar goes under because people would rather shop online than deal with you.

Not at the store but in the mail. On Dec. 13, Free shipping was offered and I took the opportunity to order some special cards. I rec'd notice that my order was placed. Also rec'd notice that they ere in route and would be delivered between De. 18th and 20th. Sadly I'm still waiting. None are here. One was for an anniversary that is now past. I'm so frustrated!

Cute things and good prices, but associate Nancy was very rude. She did not speak to me when I spoke to her, and only spoke to me during checkout in a rude tone. Very unwelcoming.

Very friendly staff but I stopped in to pick up a card for my uncle’s birthday and they literally only carry two different cards for uncles to choose from. I asked the lady at the counter if there was any others to choose from and she told me , no, this is all we carry in the uncle category. I purposely shopped at a Hallmark store to purchase a more personal card for my uncle than a card from a big box store but unfortunately they don’t carry much for the customer to choose from in this particular category. Almost like Uncle’s are becoming extinct I guess.

Very helpful and friendly staff! Can find any card I need here and always come to this store for them. Ample selection, too! Can find meaningful gifts, wrapping paper and affirmations in many forms. For a small store, it holds a lot ‼️
