Old fashion customer service! ?
What a treat to see such great old fashion customer service. I am not a local so I looked up google to find a toy store. I chose Kelekia toy and gifts because of the high rating reviews I read. As I entered the store the lady (later I found her name is Daisy) greeted me. Then she asked me if she can help me find what I’m looking for which she sure did. I told her I am shopping for a birthday gift and what the child’s age and likes. She took me around the store and showed me many items. They have educational, unique, fun, and cool toys and gifts. They offer complimentary gift wrapping which was another nice gesture. I was thrilled with my choice of store. I would give Daisy and the store “10” star if I could.

I never write reviews, but I decided to this time in the hope this will help someone. As a family we spend a lot of time in this center as we live nearby. During one of those trips we stopped into the toy store with our two kids. Our children are 11 and 12 and one of them is in a wheelchair. We were told upon entering the store by the owner directly that they do not allow wheelchairs in the store. They said they didn't want anything knocked over. In everywhere we have ever been, I can't say that I have seen anyone behave worse. They blatantly denied entry to a child because he was in a wheelchair and directly in front of two children. They were very upset and rightfully so. Please do not ever buy anything from this store. They have no business dealing with any child, ever.

OMG, please go visit and see for yourself - truly a destination and NOT a chain toy store. I'm a grandmother and took my visiting granddaughter. We were greeted by an engaging owner who kindly guided us to the perfect purchases. The butterfly princess dress has been worn non-stop, and her new dollie is her best friend. THANK YOU for offering educational and inspiring offerings that will certainly engage young minds. P.S. she had to tell mommy all about the store and the nice lady!

I’ve had good experiences here before, but I just tried going during business hours and it is closed, and this is the second time this has happened. At least put a note on the door or post on IG if you’ll be closed during regular hours please.

Really cool toy store that focuses on education and development. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The store is divided up by age and many of the items comes from other countries. There's all sorts of toys, board games, dress up items, pretend play toys. My kid loved it and we'll have to come back for a birthday coming up.

This is the best toy shop in Reno - hands down! They have an amazing selection of gifts and toys for multiple age ranges. The toys are high quality and the owner explained each toy so we knew what we were buying.

I absolutely love this place. We got so many toys here for our first child and it was one of the best Christmas experiences ever! We plan to do the same this year and the owner is so nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the toys she sells. I support local businesses as much as possible and this one by far is the best of the best. I LOVE THIS TOY STORE! ? ❤
