Excellent car leasing experience. Max and Keaton were extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Gave me a great deal, answered every question clearly about both the car and the lease, and stayed very late after close on a Friday to work through a problem I was having where Transunion would not unlock my credit score. Actually, I have a Toyota instead of the car advertised on this post. I have always gone here regularly for oil changes. Plus, they know the car better than I do for other maintenance items. As a plus, they always have the exact replacement parts I need.

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. My husband and I bought BRAND NEW 2023 Sonata NLine last year with 15 miles on it. Since we purchased this car we have had NOTHING but problems with it. For a brand new car it should not have has many problems as it does. Everytime we take it back here to get serviced it is like they do not listen to our concerns or even fix the problem. We bought 4 brand new tires had them mount and balance them. Their mounting machine damaged my rims. When my husband expressed this to their service manager all he wanted to do was argue and insist it was NOT their machine or techs that did it. Kc Summers used my cars warranty to replace my rims. When the new rims came in they mounted and balanced the tires again, and AGAIN the rims were damaged in the same spot as the last rims. When my husband called to inform them of this they said they would investigate and check their machines and get back to us. After checking their machine and REALIZING it indeed was their faulty equipment they replaced my rims themselves without the warranty. Never did anyone apologize for this not one time. The last experience we've had was just this past weekend when we took my car into get my tires road forced balanced because my tires were still not balanced after being balanced several times! The assistant service manager had talked to my husband told him a tech would be driving it to Dietrich and back to Kc Summers. My husband agreed to that and that only. Only that was not the case the tech took it upon himself to drive my car ALL over the place literally all over the place 200+ miles on my car. Which is excessive in my opinion!!! We went and picked my car up at 10pm on a Saturday from an Apartment complex in a different town then the car dealership!!! The tech had his PERSONAL belongings in my car! Clearly had another person in my car! We NEVER agreed for them to take my car over night. Actually we specifically said NOT TO. We were reassured that it would not be. Not one time did anyone call the police to report the car stolen or even call us to ask if we came to get the car. Come Monday we went to get the other set of keys the tech had for my car. The tech and one of the service people went outside and was clicking the button looking for my car. Then came inside and asked if we took it? Well you had it for over 8 hours Saturday driving it for your leasure and u didn't drive it back so I'm sorry but where else would it be? Because we called to ask if anyone reported it stolen or even called the cops to ask about it. And NO ONE had. And still NO ONE NOT A SINGLE PERSON from Kc Summers has reached out to us with any kind of explanation as to why my car was being driven around leisurely and had someone else's personal belonging in it.!!! I would NOT RECOMMEND buying a vehicle from here and if you do. Take it somewhere else to get serviced. Just makes you wonder if they drive every customers car that way if they have to be left at the dealership to be serviced.
