I absolutely love this location! My niece and I walked in to purchase a few gifts for my mother and sister. We were very indecisive as we were on a budget . Bernie was absolutely amazing and very patient and knowledgeable. Bernie had such a great personality and smile . We ended leaving with two necklaces that made two people extremely happy when receiving them. Let me tell you Bernie’s customer service was the best , hands down. I will definitely be coming back. If you’re in need of any piece of jewelry or just good friendly conversation I suggest you stop in and see Bernie!

Bernie was AMAZING! She was knowledgeable, patient, kind, and HONEST. We didnt have the best experience, twice in the Concord store but we're happy that didn't deter us completely from the company, as it almost did. When Bernie had to take lunch, her manager stepped in and was also pleasant. Glad we found a purchase with this team. 5 star customer service/experience!

Was in the store to purchase a gift. While I was waiting on the sales associate to follow-up with management, Sarah offered to clean my rings. In addition to providing excellent customer service, Sarah cleaned my rings better than anyone has since my husband purchased them a decade ago. If you are ever in the Kays Jewelry store at the Vacaville Outlet, by all means ask for Sarah, she's fantastic and a pleasure to work with.
