I will NEVER come back. The staff were wonderful. Very informative and helpful so nothing against them. I get adding a few bucks for convince prices but to MORE than double the price is ridiculous. Waiting two or three days is better than being robbed. If I hadn't broken both of my wrist I would have been able to look this up in store and would have walked out.

The young lady on the cash register that greeted me was warm and friendly BUT that’s where the positivity from the staff stops. The other young woman with the natural hair made me feel uncomfortable. I’m comparing products with my partner and EVERYTIME I look up she is staring at me. Ma’am If you suspect that I’m stealing the correct way to approach someone if you suspect that they are stealing is to offer customer service. My partner nor myself have no reason to steal from your business. We came in for a particular product, and left without it. This is my first and last time patronizing this business.

Great customer service and friendly and knowledgeable staff. The staff helped me make informed purchases and did not make me feel uncomfortable considering it was the first visit I've ever made there. The staff let me try out different lubes and gave their own personal opinions and experiences to help. Super fun and clean place. Would recommend and would definitely come back! (:

I’m on vacation and decided to visit this adult store. I was excited to see the selection because they have a great website. The owner really needs work on hiring employees that are capable of selling products. The two young ladies were so rude it matched their awful appearance. The rudeness sent me straight out the door. I didn’t feel comfortable shopping here. In this store one may require assistance. I don’t expect workers like this to be able to help me.

The staff on duty was ridiculously unprofessional. I've never been treated so rudely in all my life. I'm a Veteran, and I was completely insulted by your staff. They were talking about politics and how the President should be assasinated. Really? I'm all for freedom of speech, howevert the workplace isn't the time or place for such a discussion. People were visibly offended and they just got louder.
