The people who work here are awesome! Very knowledgeable about every product and make sure that every product works before you leave the store. I see a lot of ppl on here complaining about the high prices, but I honestly don’t mind paying the higher prices due to the convenience of having my product RIGHT NOW! I definitely recommend this store.

Bought a flashlight and new wand it was very nice that the staff tested the products before I left the store and educated me on how to properly care for it on top of that which lube to use for the flashlight such a cute staff and store definitely recommending to all my girlfriends

Would rate zero stars if possible. The store has a subpar selection at ridiculous prices. In addition the manager is absolutely atrocious and extremely rude. Please do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to Starship in Columbus. Thank me later!

Very cute, intimate adult store perfect for couples. My husband and I both loved it and we have been to plenty of adult stores. It has a selection with something for almost anyone and the workers are SUPER helpful and educated on their items and audience. I was impressed with her ability to give recommendations on items we would like for a good price and quality. If we lived locally we would shop there frequently.

I work later in the evening. As I was dropping off an employee after work I passed by this location . My wife and I have been wanting something new for the bedroom but had not had the time to come by due to busy schedules . I show up to the door at 9:45pm and the door is locked . The sign on the door says this location closes at 10:00 pm. I pull on the door, and then push thinking I may have tried opening it in the wrong direction. The employee looks up at me and meets my gaze , and turns her head away from me as if she did not notice me. I pulled once more to get any kind of reaction from the employee and am ignored . I am the GM of a local restaurant in Auburn, we do not lock our doors until the posted close times. Once our door is locked and there are customers that come to our doors we meet them and explain we are closed in kind communication. I was ignored after the fact of employees closing early. The times that we are in I believe every purchase and service counts . Tonight Kelly’s Love Stuff in Auburn lost $150 because of an early close , and did not even have the decency to recognize my existence as a customer. I was of no thought ! Think about this the next time you think local matters . Order your stuff off line . Find businesses that actually respond to your existenc.

Bought my girl 2 vibrators from here and both quit working within a week. Do not recommend this place at all unless u wanna throw away your money on stuff that doesn't work
