One of the employees was very nice and helpful when I asked about finding a toy but the other employee that took our payment was rude. She threw the receipt at me after I paid and didn’t even make eye contact when I asked for a gift receipt.

Great toy store. But pricey! Good selection of toys and attractively arranged! My grandson adores going there when he comes to visit. Bought him a Lego firetruck lego set and found the exact one at Target a few days later for OVER $20 LESS. UGH! I was shocked at the price differential for the exact toy!

Kaleidoscope has a great selection of toys for all ages and a friendly staff who is willing to go above and beyond to help you find what you're looking for. Tammy (spelling?) is SO helpful and kind and provides first class customer service. Also...who doesn't love free gift wrapping?!

Needed a birthday present in a rush and my friend recommended Kaleidoscope Toys inside Montgomery Village. Had never been there and earlier had checked out Target which was awful. When I walked in I thought I had died and gone to "Toy Heaven". So many wonderful toys I immediately shifted into low gear and just wandered the store taking it all in. The young lady working the store was so delightful and customer service oriented but sadly, because I'm 74, not so good at names anymore. Ten stars for her! I would so highly recommend Kaleidoscope Toys and it will be a favorite hangout for me and my grandson plus we are supporting small business. Win, Win! It was just Wonderful!!!
