I recently visited juvenile ( Lisa ) and was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and eager to assist. They took the time to understand my needs, helping me find the perfect stroller and car seats for my little ones ( twins 🙂 )

The team was knowledgeable about various brands and features, guiding me through options that best suited my lifestyle and budget. They patiently answered all my questions and even demonstrated how to use the products.

Lisa made our shopping experience absolutely amazing! She was knowledgable, patient and showed us many options for car seats and strollers to fit our necessities for our twins’ arrival.

She took the time to explain and answer any questions we may have and I highly recommend this store for any babies products.

We also purchased sheets sets, blankets, swaddles and clothes which all have amazing fabric and our boys love it!

We will continue coming back for additional products and so should you!

As a first time mom, it is so overwhelming to know what to buy your little one for their nursery. Marie was so helpful, knowledgeable, and above all honest which is something that I really value when everything is so expensive. Very nice and cute shop! We were surprised by a staff member who helped us choose a double stroller! She went above and beyond to help us with everything! She is knowledgeable and willing to answer all of our questions and accommodate all the needs of our family! Even though we were late they were closing in 20 minutes, it didn't seem to bother her. On top of that, I asked her something about an issue we have with a car seat, that we didn't buy from this shop, and she came to our car and tried to fix it! We haven't finished earlier than 20 minutes after their closing time! I think her name is Marie, thank you!

Came into the store to browse, and despite there being plenty of store associates and only a few couples, no one ever came to greet us or help us

Store associates were being super helpful to other customers but completely ignored me and my husband, and I can’t help but wonder if it’s because he’s brown and I’m Asian

Debby was fantastic! So helpful and sweet! We drove from Wilshire and were so glad we did because this was the only store that actually had items on display. So glad we took the drive. Definitely a one stop shop!

Juvenile shop in Sherman oaks is by far the most amazing baby store I’ve been to. They are super sweet and knowledgeable with everything they have in their shop! They have a big selection as well! I highly recommend this store to everyone!!!!
