Store was warm and busy when we popped in, staff are really friendly and there's a nice variety of stock.
We had a little trouble with items not being priced, the cashier was happy to look up the prices for us, but also had trouble scanning the items into the system. Possibly best to visit when you have a little more time.

Great place to pick up Wargammer minitures from 40k to Age of Sigmar as well as all your painting and terrain building needs. Don't go anywhere else for my hobby nowadays. Also have the option of booking in and playing with your friends, we'll worth a visit!

I have seen this place many times while driving passed by, but I never knew that they sell things there. I thought it was a gaming caffee of some sort.
Went in with my wife yesterday. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Fairly priced. Good selection of products.
I wish they had some WW war games. /Memoir 44, Undaunted and such/
I will be back for sure

Initially had a miscommunication over a pre order falling through that came across quite badly so went to the store and spoke to a manager in person who was very friendly who reassured me things weren't how they seemed and he would attempt to get things sorted. I shortly after received a phone call from one of the owners who took the time to have a chat with me about what had happened and apologised for the mix up, I also used me the chance to apologise for my initial review which was an over reaction in hindsight. I really appreciate the staff putting time aside to resolve the situation and my faith is restored that this store does care about their customers and are absolutely worth visiting.

Dropped in to see what they had amazing selection of paints and basing/scenery supplies lot of green stuff world stock which is great there's parking a short walk away you can find it on Google maps, miniatures were mostly the popular stuff like GW, star wars, marvel. But since I was there for paint stuff I was chuffed to find everything I wanted, even picked up a couple of things I had on my wishlist, staff were friendly and overheard a conversation about GW stuff and they seemed knowledgeable. Was impressed overall.

- Do not use this retailer for pre-ordering books.

Pre ordered several books from here as they are priced cheaper than the official retailer.
Came in only to be told they had lost/sold my copy, and that the book in question was out of print.

Mistakes happen, however, every time I preorder from here, it’s clear the staff do not separate, or even label, their pre-ordered items. It’s just crammed into a few draws. Negligent.

This place is great, visited a few times and always enjoyed the atmosphere. The staff are really welcoming and very knowledgable, I can't recommend it enough to anyone looking to get involved in any hobbies.
