Let’s put it this way, if it wasn’t for JustFoodForDogs my extremely picky eater, Lobo, would probably starve. Lobo does not like any other food. We’ve tried all of them out there, seriously, everything you can think of we tried. Until someone recommended JustFoodForDogs and here we are. We’re lucky to have this location so closed to where we live. We were here to buy some treats, but we also got a bag of his favorite food (the beef recipe) because he was running out. The staff here is always super friendly, and so awesome. Lobo gets lots of pets from them, and a couple of free treats. He never wants to leave when we come lol; in fact, he wants to go in the kitchen and see what’s cooking. Okay the location…it’s hard to miss because of the the big sign on the building, however; drive slowly when approaching the building or else you’ll miss the entrance to the parking lot. It’s a busy street, and road, so you might pass it and not realize it. Prices: in my opinion their food is worth every penny for the quality of ingredients you’re getting. The treats are on the pricey side, but again, they’re so worth it. They also have supplements, which I’ve never tried.

We randomly found this place on our way back to our hotel so decided to stop by. The staff were friendly and showed us around and explained the concept of their store. They even gave sample food and treats for our puppy. Of course Coco was really shy and didnt try any foods. We gave her the treats in our car and she loved the salmon bark, beef flank, and the chicken. So then we went back inside and bought the 5 oz. Chicken treats which was $10.95. Salmon was $11.95 I believe. Didnt get any of the frozen foods since LA is not home for us. On their website the beef flank 5oz treat bag was listed as $30. If that's correct, oooof thats expensive for a 5oz treat bag. I might order some others online for Coco once she finishes the chicken ones.

Love this place. I recently adopted this sweet girl and thanks to Don really listening to my dog's problems, he recommended their probiotics over their food. I still bought some food for treats (just not in the budget to feed her this 100% of the time) along with the probiotics and they have worked wonders on her tummy. In less than a week, she's back to normal! A vet visit, fecal tests and antibiotics didn't accomplish this. Will definitely be back.

My dog liked the food. However, JFFD wants to charge $130 to divide a 25-pound bag of their chicken and rice blend, which costs $97, into 10-ounce bags, the amount we feed at each meal. That's insane, and we won't be going there any more.

For an organization that claims to care about ensuring that all dogs have access to the best nutrition, no matter what circumstances they find themselves in their recent changes to the veterinary professional discount program stand in stark contrast to the company’s mission and core values.

Echoing multiple other reviewers, I went in to this location this week to purchase my biweekly pet food order for my French Bulldog with special needs as I have done many times over the last year only be told I no longer have a discount. They told me I have to sign up for some webinar in order to reinstate my benefits which was never previously required. I was told that I should have received an email but at no time in the last dozen visits over the last few months did the in store team make me aware of the change before my discount was removed. Not only that, but the webinars are few in frequency and weeks apart from one another which makes it difficult to find the time to attend.

I work 60 hours a week (clinic manager) tirelessly supporting the very passionate, smart and driven team of doctors and nurses in my practice and JFFD callous way of informing me of this change feels like a punishment for the hard work I put in every day to ensure the overall health and wellness of our patients. It’s bittersweet because I love their products but I will no longer be recommending them to our members, employees or purchasing their products for our clinic as a result if this is how they value my contributions as a professional in veterinary medicine. Steer clear of this location in particular. The manager has done a great job teaching their team to be devoid of all compassion, kindness and care for animals and the people who love them.

The BEST dog food ever created! My 10 year old malti-poo gave me the blues for 9 years. No food made her happy or feel well until JFFD! Tummy troubles, loose and nasty poops and the worst staining around her eyes and mouth on went away. She’s the pickiest eater and I don’t have the time or patience to cook her food. She’s been eating JFFD for almost a year and now all she does is run in circles every time she hears her food container from the fridge being opened. Every drop disappears in no time and she begs for more. Vet exams and lab work are always great now!
