I just noticed a charge of $483.01 on my account today from this retailer, and I have never made any purchases from them. I live in Australia, and I have no idea how they even got my payment details. This is extremely concerning, and I am frustrated that my bank account has been debited without my authorization.

Judging by other reviews, I am not the only one experiencing this issue. It seems like a pattern of fraudulent transactions is happening with this company. I have reported the transaction to my bank for further investigation, and I strongly urge others to check their accounts in case they have also been affected.

I live in Australia and my debit card was used to make 3 x purchases valued over $1600aud. Tried to call them and no one answered for days, when I finally got through the staff member was not helpful and didn't take down details of my complaint. No response to messenger messages either. 8 days later and my pending transaction has still not been cancelled. No website. No email. A bunch of crooks.

wouldn’t suggest getting acuall grocery’s here because all of it is most likely expired by 4 months but i love coming here for just fun shopping when you have nothing else to do. they have a good stationary isle and yeah. i don’t know how to explain it but it’s a good store to go to when your near the area. i got a cool hologram lamp for 1.99 when it’s like +15 bucks on amazon!!

Sometimes the fruit is a little old, but they have excellent service and there's always good deals. I got a giant pack of coconut water for only $8. Also love how they have plants. I bought a peppermint plant once but unfortunately I forgot about it and it died.
