I took a private sewing lesson with Amy because I wanted to learn how to sew a lining into my crochet bags. It was a great 1 hour session and I learned so much! She showed me how to use a sewing machine - I sewed straight lines, curves, and angles. She also gave me a good introduction into how to thread the sewing machine and bobbins. I was able to sew a lining into one of my bags as well! I definitely need more practice, but I do feel that she set me up for success. Hopefully in the future I can take a hand sewing class as well :). Thank you, Amy!

I signed up for a sewing lesson shortly after online signups were made available. When signing up for a lesson, you get to explain more specifically what you're looking to learn, and Amy is very accommodating! I was able to learn a lot about operating a sewing machine from her, and I would be happy to consult her for further sewing projects!

found Amy on a Reddit and she’s amazing! did a sewing lesson here with my boyfriend, we brought our own sewing machine and she taught us about all the little accessories that came with it. it was a private lesson and we got to do many different type of sewing. Amy’s super enthusiastic and patient on teaching us noobs. thanks Amy!

Hi where do I begin with Amy. She is so amazing on so many levels. Amy has been teaching my two daughters for more than two years now. She is passionate and patient. She had taught my kids with so many skills with fabrics. From sewing, stitching, needle felting to crocheting, my kids are so comfortable playing with her, not mentioning that creative expression they are able to have is priceless. We will keep her forever until she is retired.
