I live on the East Coast and wanted to send my mother a beautiful, nice bouquet of flowers in the Sacramento, CA area. I was not disappointed!! I saw they did same day delivery if ordered by a certain time, so I called to confirm it was still possible that day and the woman who answered the phone was so pleasant and helpful. Their updates text option was great - I received a photo of the bouquet when it was completed (and a delivery confirmation email as well). I got the "Sunflower and Roses Mix" and it looked just as advertised! Their pricing was great - honestly I thought better than the big companies and its always nice to purchase from a family-owned business! Very satisfied customer and would use again!

My girlfriend was VERY pleased with the flowers and I absolutely loved them as well. The flowers are beautiful and freshly cut. The shop also had sent me a photo of the bouquet when it was ready which was amazing. I liked being able to see what the end product was. Thank you so much and I’ll definitely be sure to come here again!

Joy Flower Shop is absolutely amazing I placed online order for Valentine’s Day. Receive a photo of what to expect prior to delivery. looks exactly as shown on their website PLUS my girlfriend was amazed with fresh healthy roses and fresh beautiful decorations added. Superb communication from start to finish. This will be my go to florist.

I received the most caring service at Joy's flower shop since the min I walked in. I came in expecting nothing and was blown away by how quickly they were able to fulfill my large order. They were very prompt with the delivery and delivered the most beautiful flowers that made my son's funeral service everything I wanted and more. Their staff were all very empathetic and met all my expectations. 🤍😇
