I recently visited the Jiffy Lube located on 649 Harbor Blvd, West Sacramento, CA 95691 - at the time of my visit I was the only car. The service was very fast, but upon leaving I noticed the items in my glove box were on the floor. I noticed the car was not vacuumed, the windshield was not washed and the tires were not checked. The notes on the receipt stated that I declined those items which is untrue. With this type of service I am concerned the oil change was even completed. I was told that this location had new technicians, so I am surprised that whoever was training them allowed for items to be looked over. Very unhappy with this service.

Terrible experience and will never try them again. Do not be tempted by their “cheap” oil change price because they will just damage your car and try to blame someone else for their mistake and cost you extra money. I went to get a routine oil change from them. After waiting almost 30min, they said that the drain plug was stripped and that they could not do the oil change. They said to go to the previous servicer (dealership) or to go to a full repair shop. So I went and found out that they had rounded the drain plug head, and the threads were not stripped at all. Apparently this is common with inexperienced technicians where they will use the wrong tool (12-head instead of a 6-head), or will not have the 6-head incorrectly aligned and mess up and round the head.

I was the only one in the bay. Everyone was so nonchalant. So slow took so long to get the oil in the engine thought they all left. When all done and my car was pulled out of the bay. With hood up. They ALL were out behind the store on there phones. My car was just sitting there. I walked outside with my arms up saying “we all done “ the one in charge said my bad and checked me out. Not happy not going back.

This was quite possibly the slowest crew I’ve ever experienced. A simple oil change took over two hours. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

The oil change itself was great. The waiting area was comfy. The wait wasn’t exceptionally long. Everyone I worked with was polite and competent. They did, however, park my car in the rain with my windows down. They didn’t offer me a towel. I had to wipe down the inside of my door with my own sleeve and drive home sitting on a very damp seat. For the price I paid—even with my $12 coupon—I’d expect a little more care to be taken with my car.
