Wonderful place, came in because the reviewers on here are actual customers (not friend reviews), with that being said.. Andre, Natalie are great! Really shows thier experience with fine jewelry.
I didnt know much about rings besides what I could find online about grades, but from the start Andre worked with me to figure out which style, budget to get the grand idea. Then, promptly Natalie send over concepts for me to approve.

I highly recommend Jewels Quest for any of your jewelry needs. Andre and Natalie are so professional and accommodating. They helped me design and set my engagement ring and were SO patient with me when I decided to change my design last minute. Service was efficient and QUICK! It came out PERFECT!

Andre also helped us clean and replace a stone (that required a specific rare cut) on an heirloom ring and it came back more beautiful than ever.
