I went in to have a watch battery replaced and get a new wristband. Brian was so kind and helpful. And while he was working on it, I got to look at all the pretty things in the cases! Very nice store. He did a beautiful job cleaning my wedding ring too!

I looked at the rating of JB's Jewelers and decided to utilize their services to resize my ring. JB Jewelers provided friendly, prompt, professional services at a reasonable price. They resized my ring within a day. Then, when I arrived to pick it up, it was still a little tight. They resized my ring to my liking ON THE SPOT. Amazing customer service! I went to JB jewelers because I saw they did watch repairs and band replacements. I had a couple jewelers say they could not help me with a resize or a band replacement. I decided to give JBs a try. I am so glad I went, Brian and Carol were so helpful when it came to fixing my watch band. They also do free cleanings for any jewelry pieces, so I did that while waiting. They were so genuine and helpful. I am so happy with all the services I received, watch repair, car key battery replacement, and ring cleaning and added service of polishing. I highly recommend going to JBs jewelry as they are very knowledgeable in their field! Thanks JBs!

I was flying the following day. The professional staff was unphased by the deadline and simply walked me through all the options.
