The lady who works there seems like she’s a rude or cold person, and I see in the comments that a lot of people are complaining about that but after going there a few times I noticed that she’s just extremely professional. She knows everything about the products and patiently waits for me to make up my mind. I’m not looking to make a friend, I just want to buy what I need and then leave. She’s never overcharged me or been rude or disrespectful to me; she simply rings me up, I pay, and then I leave. I think it’d be worse if she was chatty and annoying. But that’s just me. There’s probably some real jerks that go in there and if I was her I’d want to make sure people don’t think they can take advantage of me. I think that’s what she’s doing—being professional and that’s all I need.

Great place and they have EVERYTHING a smoke shop should have. Fair prices too.

They advertise closing at 9. I arrive at 8:30, ask if it was still open and okay to go inside, this lady gives me a look and attitude. Not cool at all. Customer service was not great. My advice, be a little more friendly and show less attitude.

This smoke shop get cheap items. I bought glass tip for dabs and it broke the first time I use it . I took back so I can I lest get a replacement and the employee or the boss told me that there nothing they can do about. He said he not responsible for the cheap glass
