I have NEVER been so disappointed! I called 4 days ahead and explained exactly what I wanted for a funeral. arrangement i called three times to explain how important this arrangement was to me. They charged me 125.00 for a small arrangement, and it was NOTHING like i had described. When I called to complain, the person i had talked to so many times said , “i am not the floral designer “ This was the most important flowers I have ever ordered, because they were for my friend of 77 years!! These flowers were the last thing i could give her, and you ruined it !!

I don’t really understand how a florist of all places could have bad customer service but here we are. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who wants an honest workplace. The owner went back and forth on pricing and even after an agreed upon number it somehow still changed and cost me more than just my time. She wasn’t honest or straight forward at any point and only seemed to care about her own pockets. As someone who promotes small business I was very shocked to find out how rude and penny pinching this one was. Will not be coming back or referencing this place anymore
