We have used JT frames for nearly 20 years and have had many things custom framed or purchased items that were on display. Larry has a good eye for matching artwork, matte, and frame to come up with a finished product that we liked and have never once felt a need to reframe any work that was done at JT Frames. The quality for the workmanship has withstood the test of time. That includes the part where we rotate the art in our home to freshen things up…moving art is cheaper than painting.

Excellent experience and end result. I brought in some cherished art and Larry was very receptive to what I was after. He worked with me through some different design ideas, dry mounting suggestions, etc. He's extremely knowledgeable and puts a great personal touch to the whole process, I left confident he knew what I wanted and he executed it flawlessly.

A fantastic experience every time we walk in the door. We've gotten three items framed (so far), all posters with heavy sentimental value, and they were treated with the utmost respect and care. The attention to detail in their work is unmatched, and the help we receive in choosing complementary colors, frame designs, and mats is helpful beyond belief. They make it a proper art project, not just "here stick this in a frame we're done." When we need the rest of our many posters framed, we'll be coming straight back here.

The quality of work on the initial frame they did for me was horrible. Staples and pins from the back were showing through all the way around the mat of the picture and was a complete mess. Very unprofessional work. The owner, Larry, showed no interest in rectifying the situation, in fact, yelled at me that he couldn't do a better job on it. I had to tell him to stop yelling. A staff member stepped forward and said she would make it right and ended up doing a good job on the framing and handled it very professionally. The owner, Larry, continued to be rude, insulting and totally disrespectful when I picked up the corrected frame because he was so upset about having to fix his shoddy work. Pretty shocking behavior to say the least. The owner does not deserve to have your business when they behave so unprofessionally as well as provide such a inferior product and act as though that should be acceptable. It is not. I will be telling my friends and neighbors about my experience and suggest they not take their framing needs here.

Recently my wife and I had a some artwork to be framed. Not familiar with this process, we looked for a while and decided to go to JT's Frames. They were recommended to is by two of our close friends.
We took our artwork to JT's Frames and were quite pleased as two people helped us with frame, matboard and colors.
Brittany and the shop owner helped us. I believe his name Larry, not really sure.
We were quite pleased with our quote for all of the items.
Two weeks later we picked up our finished products. We were both astounded by the
perfection in the work provided. All of the detail, materials chosen and workmanship
Were beyond compare.
Its easy to give a review for this company.
Great materials, great workmanship and great people to deal with made our decision for us!

I've had several items framed at JT's Frames over the years. Most recently I needed a very small job done for a client which Larry did quickly and free of charge. I certainly didn't expect his time and expertise for free, but that's exactly why I keep going back when I need custom framing done and done right.
