The worst. The day after the gift of a floral arrangement was delivered the flowers began noticeably wilting. By the next day the entire arrangement was fully wilted. It was obvious these flowers were old an near the end of life when the arrangement was made.

I received these flowers from my daughter in law for my birthday- shriveled, dying or already dead on arrival. Another ZERO star review and a horrible experience. Save your money and go to the grocery store to buy some flowers instead!

Can I please give zero stars? I received a bouquet on Sat AM with 1 dying sunflower. The next morning 2 dying sunflowers and droopy roses. The next day 3 dead roses and 2 dead sunflowers. When I called I was treated rudely and received a series of accusatory questions and statements. So rude! I feel terrible for my daughter who spent the money to send me flowers. Worst customer service.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a florist. I ordered the lavender bouquet and vase pictured online for a friend who lost her mother. The evening the flowers were supposed to be delivered, I received a phone call asking for my help in locating my friend's house. I spent some time navigating the delivery driver, and the flowers were eventually delivered. When my friend sent me a picture of the flowers to thank me, I was shocked to see the other bouquet pictured. The flowers I spent over $60 on, including delivery were NOT EVEN REMOTELY SIMILAR to what I ordered. I know that when florists run out of a certain vase or flower, they sometimes substitute in something similar, but this was not similar. Not only are there fewer flowers and more greenery in what was delivered, but I ordered lavender specifically because it was my friend's mother's favorite color. When I called J & J to inquire about this and share the significance of what I ordered, I was met with a number of ridiculous excuses, hostility, and abhorrent customer service. I was told the vase pictured online hasn't been in their inventory since 2001 and that they did create a similar bouquet. When I asked why they didn't call me to ask what I would prefer substituted, I was told they did not have my phone number even though they called me to navigate them to my friend's house. The lady also had the audacity to suggest that if I was so dissatisfied, they would send the delivery driver back to TAKE THE FLOWERS BACK FROM MY GRIEVING FRIEND.
I wouldn't recommend this florist to anyone.

I ordered an arrangement for my sister and this is what she got. When I contacted the company to ask her if she remembered the arrangement that was delivered yesterday her response was we did thousands arrangements yesterday and said here talk to the manager and hung up on me. I paid extra for the premium arrangement. I didn't bother calling back. This is their work a picture is worth a thousand words.

I ordered flowers for my friend and they were horrible. Looked nothing like the picture. Scraggly, some bent, was very disappointed.

I tried to call to resolve but got no where so they leave me no other option than to warn others but unfortunately we need to hit up the people who are using this florist to deliver on their goods. From the delivery to the product, it was horrible. The customer service from the store owners, horrible. They do not take responsibility to make it right. I would not ever order from them again. Flowers were half dead, delivery was to the neighbors and they didn't bother letting anyone know and no apology.

I would have never gave my business to this shop based off of the reviews but unfortunately I ordered from a third party and this florist got it. Horrible arrangement for the money I paid…..save your money and go elsewhere.
