I ordered the Goodness & Light Premium Bouquet as pictured in the attached upper left corner. The bottom left corner is what was delivered. It didn't appear to me to be very light and certainly not as full. The pink flowers were wilted and brown. These flowers were sent on a Monday. On Tuesday I emailed the florist with my concerns. I did not receive a reply, on Thursday I called and was told my email was received and they would be sure that the owner saw it. As of Friday evening no reply has been received. More than anything I wanted a light and bright cheerful bouquet sent. I was very disappointed.

Where Beauty Blooms - J. Alexander's Florist is the Best! I've used them every single time I've wanted to send flowers to my mother-in-law, and honestly, they just get it. They never let me down.
The latest delivery was for Mother's Day. We like to send flowers a little early, on Friday, so she can enjoy them all weekend. And wow, just wow. When my mother-in-law texted us a picture as soon as they arrived, I could see why she was so touched. She said they were so incredibly beautiful that they actually made her a little emotional.

We used J. Alexander’s florist for our wedding a couple of months ago and I loved the experience! She was so helpful and even though I didn’t have much direction to give her, she was able to make some beautiful flowers that matched my style perfectly! I appreciated the independence so that I didn’t have to worry about my flowers at all! We had one meeting to discuss style and then I knew they would be beautiful and ready on time. She was very accommodating when we made some last minute changes, and the flowers were very reasonably priced! Would definitely recommend for weddings!

I ordered flowers for my father's memorial service 3 weeks ahead. I spoke with the florist regarding what I requested from the on-line store, and she was great to work with. I sent on-line pics of the requested arrangements and followed- up 1 week and days before the service. The quote came back higher than the stated price on-line, beyond the delivery fee, but I could live with that. When the flowers arrived 1 hour before the memorial service on Monday morning, they were what I ordered but were wilted with some drooping flower heads and many drooping filler flowers. I had mentioned this to the delivery person, and she stated that they had ordered the flowers just for this service and had made them on Saturday and placed in refrigerator for Monday morning. Fortunately, another family member had a florist from Eaton Rapids create additional arrangements that were of the same color scheme and were bright, full, vibrant, and fresh. This eased the disappointment and sadness and allowed me to focus on the service instead of the flowers.

Anytime I need to send flowers J Alexander’s is the only florist I go to. My family has been going to J Alexander’s for years and the service is incredible. Always timely deliveries, no issues from start to finish. Flowers are always beautiful. My girlfriend loved her flowers I had delivered to her work recently!

I really like this shop and they do a great job. Brenda was fantastic helping me with centerpieces for my mom's Celebration of Life last fall. We wanted colorful and celebratory for a life well lived. Brenda and JAlexanders did not disappoint! I also think it is great that Hope the owner is engaged and involved in the business. It is a great place to stop and buy a last minute gift of flowers.
