I had the best experience at Intrigue Jewelers while creating a custom diamond pendant that I had been dreaming about for years. From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. Like I wasn’t just a customer, but part of the family. Ali and Ms. Ann were absolutely incredible. They were so patient, kind, and truly listened to what I wanted. I showed them a few inspiration photos and shared the story behind why this was so special to me, and they brought it to life in a way that honestly left me speechless.

The pendant is everything I hoped for, it’s elegant and the way the diamonds sparkle is unreal. But what stood out even more was the genuine care they showed throughout the entire process. They kept me updated, answered all my questions, and celebrated with me when I saw the final piece. You can really feel that everyone at Intrigue Jewelers loves what they do and treats each person who walks through the door with warmth and respect.

Absolutely loved my wedding set! They were amazing to work with! The individuals working took the time to find exactly what we wanted within a budget! They had it sized, shipped and insurance added to it for peace of mind. This ring brought home a piece of home for my fiancé as he is a local from there!! Intrigue jeweler has many beautiful pieces. They also can customize jewelry to anyone’s personal preference . I have been purchasing jewelry with Intrigue for over ten years. I can honestly say that I have received great customer service from the time I started visiting their store without fully having intentions of purchasing at the time. I have purchased wedding bands etc. Not one item that I have purchased ever once had any issues. Issues such as, the clarity of diamonds revealing any flaws nor color distortions. If something may have needed repairs, intrigue always was able to restore my jewelry back in a timely manner. I have not once felt dissatisfied from any of my purchases with them and I will continue to do business with them in the near future!!!!

This is the absolute best jewelry store that I have ever been to in my entire lifetime. These guys are not only awesome and knowledgeable about their jewelry but the experience that I had during my visit was incredible. They were so friendly and courteous. Igave them a hard time and still received excellent service. My only regret is that I could only give them 5 stars. I would have given them 10 stars if I had the option. I’m absolutely going back and I highly recommend this place to any and everyone looking to purchase new jewelry. Their designs are top notch. They were so patient and friendly throughout my entire visit. I love this place and I am NEVER going to any other jewelry store except for this place. If you value good customer service, then this is the wrong place for you!

It took MONTHS for them to resize a ring. We came in 4-5 times because they would send it off and it would come back the same exact size. No organization. They didn’t know where our ring even was at one point. We finally got the ring 2 days before our wedding.
They refused to give us a refund and only offered to pay for insurance for a year. ($25)

If you want a ring from these guys you need to go at least 6 months in advance
