Great prices (beats Amazon hands down) and great service. I have been working on my stamp inventory and received gauges and magnifying glasses pronto. I am hoping to stop in when we in Solana Beach in September. Good inventory and fast service!

I have ordered from them two or three times and never had a problem. The last time I ordered 3 items. Whoever picked the ticket sent me a wrong item. I figured no problem and sent an email to customer service on 4/21 detailing the problem and asking to get the item I paid for. Now, 3 months later, I still have not been contacted about their error. It's not that it was a picayune order either; it was about $150. I am giving them 3 stars because up to now, I've never had a problem, every order until now has gone without a hitch, they have a good selection and they have some of the most competitive prices on stamp supplies. They could just use a little more attention to their customer service.
