This was our first time coming here and they had a lot to choose from. We were there for comics and my daughter got 4 really good ones. The only reason it doesn’t get a 5 is it wasn’t very organized in the comic book area. Everything else was though.

Last time we came here my son and i came here and so excited to get some comics after 3 mins of stay the owner said theyre about to close in 5 mins and its only 4:18 in the afternoon and we were like we just got here like omg we travel from salinas to here monterey just to get here crazy no consideration no atleast give us a chance to check or buy within 10 mins of his life or atleast let us breath for 1 mins lol but were not entitled were just customers trying to get something never in history im goinc back to this overprice rude customer service.

Every time I've come here they've not been open during their business hours. I'm serious, every time. I'm outside the door waiting for an employee to sheepishly walk up and open the door. Their card selection is ridiculously overpriced and lacking. Most of the time the staff is rude, but my favorite is when they're sexist because the man ringing me out told my boyfriend to put in his number for the rewards, as he assumed I was purchasing the cards for him. Whenever I drive to Del Monte plaza I joke with my boyfriend about if we have 2 hours to wait for the store to open.

The most disappointing, overpriced, and rudely staffed comic book shop you'll ever visit. Everything is marked up horribly, they are never open during their posted hours, and they are terrible with customer service when you do actually catch them. Avoid this place, go somewhere that actually cares like Mythic Games or Green Potion.
