My brother tried returning a hookah that we purchased about a week ago. It was an impulse buy and we ended up not even touching it. The Indian guy was extremely rude and unprofessional. He did not want to give us a refund and even questioned why he bought it in the first place. As if nobody buys a product and changes their mind afterwards. He finally gave us a refund after demanding to speak to the owner, who agreed to give him the full amount.

I would not recommend buying here if you aren’t 100% sure it’s the product you want. I do appreciate that the owner helped him out.

I love the new Indy Smoke Time that just opened up this April! You can tell they are still getting it going and stocking it up. But already I found stuff the other Indy Smoke Times did not have that I’ve been asking about. Can already tell this one’s going to be awesome! Along with the worker I encountered who was absolutely amazing and hope we get him every time we go in! So if a really tall guy with glasses is ever working there you are about to have an amazing customer service experience! In general all their shops are amazing. But from experience I’ve learned each shop has a strong suit the others don’t and vice versa. Each shop is it’s own experience in its own right really just depends your needs and wants for your smoke shop experience. But no matter what store you def have options.
Stay safe and don’t just buy from anywhere. If it’s to good to be true then odds are it most likely is and you shouldn’t buy it.

Second time visiting this store without getting any service for over 5 minutes. Second time walking out with nothing. I don't know how you can stay in business like that. The second time there were literally 2 clerks and I was one of 2 customers in the store. I noticed in the response it said both employees were with customers. Not true, check the cameras if you don't believe me. Pretty ridiculous. No one even acknowledged me. The one guy was just walking around trying not to look like he didn't want to be bothered...

I Love this place. I am a bit upset that when Soni opened up he had more competitive pricing but now he just charges the same as everyone else... I guess you gotta make that bag when you're running like 100 shops now... Still this is the only place I go unless I have no choice. They have a huge selection of vape supplies, cigars and other smoking supplies. If you need it they probably got it! And if not request it and if they can sell it they probably will.

Great staff very helpful and knowledgeable of products!! Sometimes have to travel to other locations looking for products needed because they can't get shipment orders due to back orders BUT always helpful on finding what I need!! But I do have to usually travel to 3 or 4 vape stores 1x a month looking for products needed!!

Place is fun and I got great vibes as soon as I walked in the place it's clean and was greated warmly right off the rip this place is very big and gas a great prices and great selections of e-vaps to bongs to etc but over all I'd do business with them agean they found what I was looking for fast and didn't have it in stock so they called ther other store and boom they had someone bring it right over ty for going above and beyond
